Hull City continue to work on extending the contract of Nigeria international Sone Aluko, whose current deal expires in the summer of 2014.
Hull Daily Mail says negotiations are at an advanced stage, with further discussions scheduled for later this week.
When talks are finalized, Sone Aluko is expected to commit his future to the Tigers by signing a long term contract.
