Golden Eaglets Qualify For Second Round In Style

The Golden Eaglets of Nigeria defeated Asians Iraq to qualify for the second round of the Fifa Under 17 World Cup.
Nigeria, three time winners of the competition, thrashed Iraq 5- 0 on Friday afternoon at the Rashid Stadium, Dubai.
The Iraqis were already trailing 4 - 0 at the end of the first half and conceded a late goal just before the final whistle.
Captain Musa Mohammed kept his nerve, converting from the penalty spot in the 4th minute after skillful midfielder Musa Yahaya was brought down.
Barely a minute late, Mohammed turned provider for Nwakili, who fired from close range.
Nigeria scored two further goals through the impressive Musa Yahaya in the 17th and 41st minute.
Substitute Chigozi Obasi shot from 20 yards in the 90th minute added more gloss to the scoreline.
Group rivals Mexico and Sweden played a 0 - 0 draw and the convenient result means both countries have also scaled through to the round of 16.
