Fenerbahçe continue to top the Turkish Super League standings after the Istanbul powerhouse defeated Gaziantepspor 3 - 1 at home on Friday.

It was their fourth win in five games following victories against ElazıÄ�spor, GençlerbirliÄ�i and Kayseri Erciyesspor  .

Nigeria international Emmanuel Emenike is currently enjoying a purple patch for Fenerbahce and the National Team.

The 26 - year - old attacker netted a brace in the game against Gaziantepspor at the Å�ükrü SaracoÄ�lu Stadium.

Including those pair of goals, the former Spartak Moscow ace has been on the score-sheet five times in his last three matches for club and country.

The Yellow Canaries are now six points ahead of bitter rivals Besiktas, who have played a game less.
