Stephen Worgu Rules Out Return To Sudan

Stephen Worgu has ruled out making a return to the Sudanese championship, with reports in North Africa claiming he is negotiating with an unnamed club in the Premier League.
The 23 - year - old has remained club-less since November 2012 following his release by Al-Merrikh.
“I am not negotiating with any club in Sudan. I am not aware of any agent speaking on my behalf.
“If I wanted to return to Sudan, I would have been there,” says Worgu to allnigeriasoccer.com.
Worgu, whose $1 million transfer fee from Enyimba to Al-Merrikh remains the biggest sum paid for a domestic based player, had been invited to train with Zamalek and Aalesunds but he rejected their overtures.
He is understood to be discussing with with a club in Malaysia.
