Austin Ejide Fit To Face Ironi Ramat Hasharon
Published: November 19, 2013
Hapoel Beer Sheva custodian Austin Ejide arrived Israel on Tuesday after defending the colors of Nigeria in the entertaining 2 - 2 draw with Italy on Monday.
It would be recalled that Ejide had to be replaced in the 65th minute of the game played at Craven Cottage due to a leg injury.
And there were fears he would spend an unspecified period of time on the sidelines. But there is good news for club and country.
One.co.il says the 29 - year - old goalkeeper has been tested by Hapoel Beer Sheva doctors, and the result proves that the injury suffered is a minor one.
The Super Eagle, who has kept four clean-sheets in the Premier League so far this season, is expected to start in goal when the Camels host Ironi Ramat Hasharon on Monday, November 25.
