Nwaneri, Nwakaeme Nominated For Best Foreign Player In Malaysia

Kelantan attacker Dickson Nwakaeme has been nominated for the Best Foreign Player in the Malaysian Championship, an award to reward the most outstanding expatriate footballer in the league.
But he is not the only Nigerian that made the shortlist which was unveiled on Thursday morning.
Teammate and out - of - favour Super Eagles defender Obinna Nwaneri was also mentioned as a possible winner in that category.
To clinch the award which has the seal of the Malaysian Football Federation, the Nigerians will fight it out with Marlon Alex James (ATM), Karlo Primorac (Sime Darby FC), Patrick Ronaldinho Wleh (PKNS FC) and Mathias Conti (Pahang).
The winner will be announced at a gala ceremony on November 30, 2013.
