Uche Nwofor Returns To Training
Published: November 25, 2013
Uche Nwofor has recovered from an ankle injury and could be named in the provisional squad which faces Go Ahead Eagles at home this coming Saturday, the official website of Heerenveen has reported.
The Nigeria international attacker will start full training with the Super Frisians on Tuesday.
He is struggling for match time with Heerenveen - which should be a concern for Super Eagles manager Stephen Keshi - having made only 3 substitute appearances in the Eredivisie.
Nwofor arrived Heerenveen on loan from VVV Venlo just before the close of the summer transfer market.
