Published: December 10, 2013
Hull City are keeping tabs on Newcastle attacker Shola Ameobi, according to the electronic edition of the Chronicle .
The British newspaper reported that assistant coach Steve Agnew ran the rule over the Nigeria international on November 30 when Newcastle United hosted West Brom.
Though Ameobi was not on the score-sheet, he might have done enough to convince Hull to offer him a contract.

Shola Ameobi still has contractual obligations with Newcastle United until the summer of 2014.
