Sarpsborg 08 Striker Aaron Samuel Happy With Debut Season

Aaron Samuel says he is delighted with his debut season for Norwegian Tippeligaen club Sarpsborg 08 .
The 19 - year - old attacker, a summer arrival from Premier League rivals Vålerenga, notched up 6 goals in the league including the play - offs which assisted the østfold county outfit survive the drop.
“This season was a good one for me. I feel very happy that my goals made the difference.
“I am speaking on behalf of my teammates, we are very happy that we will play in the Tippeligaen again next season and hopefully we will challenge for a title or the Europa League spots.
“I also want to thank the coach (Brian Deane, ed) for believing in my talent right from day one,” says Aaron Samuel to allnigeriasoccer.com.
Aaron Samuel was one of the foreign players named by manager Stephen Keshi in the standby list for the exhibition game with South Africa in August.
