Published: December 16, 2013
Allnigeriasoccer.com can confirm reports in the Greek press that Lokomotiv Moscow attacker Victor Obinna is wanted by Super League vice - champions PAOK.
At the moment, the Black and Whites have not made contact with the Nigeria international or his representatives regarding a deal but that should be settled in the coming days.
To lure Obinna to the Toumba Stadium, PAOK face competition from an unnamed Qatari club.
The same Qatari Federation licensed agent that brokered the deal that took Kalu Uche to El Jaish has been given the mandate to bring the Super Eagle to the Middle East.
To improve his chances of being named in Nigeria’s World Cup roster, the former Malaga, West Ham, Inter Milan and Malaga ace knows he has to playing consistently for his club.
In the current campaign, Victor Obinna has made a paltry 3 appearances in the Russian championship.
