Anglo - Nigerian striker Uche Ikpeazu has reacted to the decision of Gianfranco Zola to resign as Watford manager. <br /><br />The Italian announced his departure on Monday following a dismal run in which they have lost their last five home games.<br /><br />&ldquo;Sad news to see such a good manager as well as a good person go. Thanks for what you have taught me in the short time I have known you. Wish you all the best ,&rdquo; said Uche Ikpeazu.<br /><br />18 - year - old Ikpeazu penned a three - year contract with the Hornets in the summer transfer market but has failed to make his official debut.<br /><br />He was an unused substitute in the League Cup tie with AFC Bournemouth in late August.<br /><br />
