Published: December 27, 2013
As reported by the online edition of authoritative Spanish newspaper, ideal.es, Nigeria youth international Kabiru Akinsola is set to depart basement side L’Hospitalet in the January transfer window.
22 - year - old Akinsola is down manager Kiko Ramírez’s pecking order of attackers, and has managed only one substitute appearance in the last three matches played by L’Hospitalet in Spain’s third - tier.
Now reports in Spain have strongly hinted that the ex Under 17 world champion is on his way to Cacereno, who also play in the Segunda División B.
If the move materializes, it would be Kabiru Akinsola’s eighth club in Spain, having previously worn the jerseys of Salamanca, Zamora, Cadiz, Racing de Santander, Cartagena, Granada and L’Hospitalet .
This season, the Nigerian has netted 3 goals in 16 matches.
