Chigozie Udoji Turns Back On Aris
Published: January 04, 2014Nigerian midfielder Chigozie Udoji continues to turn his back on Aris three weeks after he unilaterally terminated his contract over unpaid wages.
Gazzetta.gr says the leadership of Aris had mandated John Chatzinikolaou, who has a good relationship with Udoji, to convince the Nigerian to return to the club but his efforts ended in vain.
The 27 - year - old has insisted that Aris must honor past contractual obligations, thought to be in excess of 20,000 euros.
He was the top scorer for the Super League outfit before he unceremoniously departed mid December.
