Ligue 1 club Olympique de B&eacute;ja have completed the loan signing of Nigerian starlet Emeka Emerum from Tunisia powerhouse Esperance. <br /><br />The 19 - year - old forward signed for struggling Olympique de B&eacute;ja on an initial six - month loan deal immediately the winter transfer market opened.<br /><br />Emeka Emerum had been linked with a move from Esperance due to his lack of first team opportunities.<br /><br />&ldquo;I left Esperance because of the number of foreigners and not all of us can be on the pitch because of the rules.<br /><br />&ldquo;I played my first game for Olympique de B&eacute;ja yesterday (Saturday, ed) against Etoile Sahel and I was on the pitch for around 80 minutes.<br /><br />&ldquo;All I needed is playing time and the club have offered me that.<br /><br />&ldquo;I like the way they welcomed me and my target is to assist them escape relegation,&rdquo; Emeka Emerum said to <b>allnigeriasoccer.com</b>.<br /><br />For the remainder of the 2013 - 2014 season, the Nigerian will play with the number 19 jersey.<br /><br />He still has a contract with Esperance until June 30, 2017.<br />
