Segun Alabi: Kogi United Will Fight Till The End
Published: January 12, 2014
Segun Alabi has promised Kogi United fans that the club will fight like for the battle of their lives when the 2013/2014 Nigeria National League kickoff on January 25th 2014.
The former C.O.D United goalkeeper joined the Governor Idris Wada sponsored side in the off season transfer window.
“I think we are doing a good job to fight several battles when the season kickoff,’’said Segun who was a key member during his stint with COD.
“I believe our pre season programmes under the technical eyes of Fatai Osho will help us when we come up against Adamawa United at the Confluence City Stadium on the 25th of January.
“We have played really well in the matches against ABS FC, Prime FC and Crown FC, but we must not take the credit away from the Governor, Sole Administrator, Technical Director and Coaches of the team.
“It’s important we begin the season on a positive note and fight until we get to the promised land,’’he said.
