Prayag United Striker, Ranti Martins Waiting To Hear From Stephen Keshi

Prayag United attacker Ranti Martins has claimed to be in contact with the National Team selectors.
He is open to playing for the Super Eagles despite the overtures of the Indian Federation.
In the past , the patriotic 27 - year - old marksman had been approached by Ghana Federation to represent their Under 17 National Team, the Black Starlets but he turned down the chance to commit his international future to Ghana.
“I met coach Stephen Keshi in Abuja in August and after watching my DVDs, he told me he is willing to invite me.
“Any game he calls me I am willing to honor the invitation. I am ready to give everything.
“It will be a great privilege to play for the national team of Nigeria, ”says Ranti Martin to allnigeriasoccer.com.
He continued :“On several occasions I have been contacted to play for India but I will be more happy if I get a chance with my country.
“I almost played for Ghana Under 17s when I was with the youth team of Ashanti Kotoko.”
Ranti Martins has notched up 30 goals in 40 I - League appearances for Prayag United.
