Published: January 24, 2014
New acquisition Bartholomew Ogbeche could make his debut for SC Cambuur when they play Heerenveen in the Dutch championship on Sunday.
The official website of Cambuur has reported that the Nigeria international’s paper work is in place and his transfer has been rubber-stamped by the Federation.
That means the 29 - year - old attacker will play his first official game if he is named in the lineup by manager Dwight Lodeweges.
Bartholomew Ogbeche, well known for his spell with PSG, netted five times in a friendly against the reserve team of Go Ahead Eagles few days ago.
Since Ogbeche is above 21 years, he is entitled to at least 550,000 euros every year, the minimum wage paid to a non EU player.
