Oke Akpoveta Training With Hellerup IK
Published: January 26, 2014
The search has now brought him back to Denmark, where he is training with third - tier Hellerup IK.
HIK coach Hasse Kuhn hints that it is far from impossible that Oke Akpoveta may become relevant for them.
Speaking to bold.dk, he said : “I have spoken to Oke, and he wants to play some football and get a smile. He has not ruled HIK in any way.
“It is clear that he has great ambitions for his football, but he has been injured a lot of time and want to go back.
“He lacks obviously a lot to get going, but he will not be out in the big world, before he came into top form.”
22 - year - old Akpoveta was involved in the test match against GVI on Saturday and scored the only goal of the match.
