Official : Al Rayyan Complete 18 - Month Deal For Yakubu Aiyegbeni

With a statement on its official website, Chinese Super League outfit Guangzhou R & F has announced that it has reached an agreement with its Qatari counterpart Al Rayyan regarding the transfer of Yakubu Aiyegbeni.
The experienced striker who previously defended the colors of teams in Israel and England has put pen to paper to a one - and - a - half year contract with the seven - time Qatar champions.
“I heard Qatar has a very strong league , Rayyan a prestigious club.
“When I learned Rayyan contacted me, I decided to try it during the negotiation.
“Big sincerity and interest, I also gained recognition of the coach, it makes me very grateful .
“I want to train hard in the future, seek to help the team win, to fight for the league title,” said Yakubu Aiyegbeni.
The Nigeria international has been handed the number 27 jersey for the rest of this season.
