Official : Obiora Nwankwo Joins Cordoba For Rest Of The Season

Per a statement on its official website, Spanish Segunda División side Cordoba has announced that it has reached an agreement with Nigeria international Obiora Nwankwo.
In case you were not aware, at the end of last month, the 22 - year - old central midfielder shredded his contract with CFR Cluj after a dispute with the team due to differences in his take home pay and the figure he had earlier agreed with the Romanians.
Obiora Nwankwo, ex Inter Milan and Parma player, has signed a contract with Cordoba for the remainder of the 2013 - 2014 campaign.
The product of ECO FC Lagos will be officially presented to the fans and media tomorrow, Tuesday.
Cordoba sit ninth on the league table with 33 points in their kitty after 23 rounds.
