Published: January 28, 2014
Dynamo Kiev striker Brown Ideye has played down reports linking him with a return to France, specifically Monaco in the winter transfer market.
Following the injury to Colombia star Radamel Falcao, there have been speculations that Ideye has been penciled down to replace him.
“I have not heard anything about the interest to me from Monaco .
“Perhaps it is rumored around me lately a lot of talks. That Falcao is injured, it does not mean that they want to buy another striker.
“Now I am together with Dynamo preparing for the continuation of the season.
“Ahead of us very difficult games against Valencia and the Ukrainian championship. Now I only think about it,”Brown Ideye told the official website of the Kievites, fcdynamo.kiev.ua.
So far this season, Brown Ideye has scored 7 goals in all competitions for club and country.
