Official : Ergotelis Secure Dele Adeleye Signature
Published: January 29, 2014Per a statement on it s official website, Ergotelis has announced the signing of Nigeria international Dele Adeleye from Russian Premier League team Anzhi Makhachkala.
The 25 - year - old central defender has penned a five month contract with Ergotelis with an option to extend for an additional year inserted into the deal.
The Greek team did not have to pay a transfer fee for the signature of Adeleye , having mutually agreed to part company with Anzhi, whom he signed for last August.
Ergotelis is the Super Eagle’s sixth club in Europe following spells with Sparta Rotterdam (Holland), Tavriya, Metalurh Donetsk (Ukraine), Kuban and Anzhi (Russia).
The Cretans occupy the 15th position in the standings, with 21 points after 21 rounds.
