Juwon Oshaniwa Set To Be Slapped With Fine, To Face Disciplinary Committee
Published: February 09, 2014
Things have gone from bad to worse for Nigeria international Juwon Oshaniwa, few days after it was revealed that he was not taking his training sessions seriously.
MS Ashdod defeated Maccabi Petah Tikva on Saturday , with the fullback watching the game from the podium after being axed from the roster.
Juwon Oshaniwa, 23, was not authorized by the leadership of MS Ashdod to attend the match, and he has now gotten himself in more hot water.
According to reports in Israel, the African Cup of Nations winner will face a Disciplinary Committee in the coming days and might be slapped with a fine.
Oshaniwa, who is represented by Dudu Dahan, the same agent that brokered the deal that took Ambrose to Celtic, has a contract with Ashdod until June 2016.
