Timothy Anjembe Rejects Peanuts Offered By Ninh Binh

Former top scorer in the Nigeria Premier League, Timothy Anjembe has disclosed that he snubbed an offer to extend his stay at Vietnamese team Ninh Binh because he was not enticed by the monetary terms of the contract.
The 26 - year - old attacker dumped Ninh Binh for another V - League outfit Hoang Anh Gia Lai in the winter transfer market.
“Ninh Binh offered me a long term contract but the money was just too small. I can’t just sign a contract because I want to keep a job.
“I signed a one - year contract with Hoang Anh Gia Lai in December,” Timothy Anjembe told allnigeriasoccer.com.
For the remainder of the 2014 campaign, the Nigerian will play with his favorite number nine jersey.
