With less than 35 minutes into the match, the attacker inexplicably collapsed without being touched by an opponent.
The medical staff of both teams had to work hand in hand to give the Nigerian first aid before he was stretchered off the pitch.
According to latest information from the Greek media, the 21 - year - old fell down awkwardly, landing on his neck when he suddenly fell on the playing surface.
