Olympiakos attacking midfielder David Fuster has admitted that the injury to Michael Olaitan affected the team&rsquo;s psyche and this contributed to the 3 - 0 loss to Panathinaikos on Sunday evening.<br /><br />&ldquo;The team will be giving everything in every match.
