Nigeria international Austin Ejide will stay for a third season at Israeli Premier League high-flyers Hapoel Beer Sheva.<br /><br />In the summer of 2012, the 30 - year - old committed his future to the Camels for 2 years which ought to elapse at the end of this season.<br /><br />However, there was a clause for option of an additional season in favor of the club which they have triggered.<br /><br />It stipulated that Austin Ejide must play at least 70 percent of the team&rsquo;s matches this season for him to be rewarded with a new deal.<br /><br />As at March 13, 2014, the Super Eagles safe pair of hands has met and surpassed that target, having being involved in 96 percent of all the games.<br /><br />Put in another way, he has just missed one game this season, a meaningless State Cup fixture against Maccabi Shaarayim .<br /><br />Austin Ejide has spent the last five years in Israel, first representing Hapoel Petah Tikva before his switch to Hapoel Beer Sheva.<br /><br />Photo Credit : fifa.com<br />
