Tottenham Ahead Of Liverpool, Everton In Sprint For Eddy Onazi

Lazio midfielder Eddy Onazi has been relegated to the substitute bench by manager Edy Reja but this has not stopped teams from enquiring about his availability in the summer transfer market.
The Metro newspaper is reporting that Tottenham Hotspur will battle Liverpool for the signature of the experienced youngster after this season ends.
Tottenham Hotspur are known to be long term admirers of the former My People ace and invited him for trials after the 2009 Fifa Under 17 World Cup staged in Nigeria.
The competition for Eddy Onazi becomes a little complicated as Manchester City, Everton and West Brom had earlier mooted the idea of signing him, according to earlier reports in the United Kingdom.
Under contract with Lazio until June 30, 2016, the Nigeria international will cost interested suitors around 8 million pounds.
Eddy Onazi has made 14 out of a possible 30 starts in the Italian championship.
