Isaac Success Dedicates Debut Goal To Coach Manu Garba, Vows To Honour AYC Invitation
Published: March 28, 2014The form of Flying Eagles invitee Isaac Success has given most Nigerians hope that the future of our National Teams is bright.
Exactly a week after the 18 - year - old arrived the Andalusian outfit, manager Joseba Aguado handed him his debut in the 2 - 0 win over La Roda in a Segunda B Division game played this past Sunday.
And the former Megap Soccer Academy starlet repaid the manager’s faith by scoring less than 6 minutes after he was introduced in the 77th minute.
Forever, Isaac Success will be grateful to Manu Garba after the kindhearted coach allowed him join the Golden Eaglets squad despite coming uninvited to the team’s screening exercise.
He has dedicated his first professional goal to Manu Garba, his French agent Oliver Noah plus Dominic Egbukwu, his chief adviser in Nigeria.
“First of all I am dedicating this goal to Almighty God because He brought me to this level, and to my managers Oliver Noah and Dominic Egbukwu and coach Manu Garba,” a delighted Isaac Success told allnigeriasoccer.com.
Despite Fifa not rubber stamping that date, the attacker has insisted that he will honor the Flying Eagles call up in May when they face either Tanzania or Kenya in the African Youth Championship qualifier.
“It will be a pleasure to play for my country. The Nigeria Federation is in contact with my club for my release to come to Nigeria. I love my country.
“It is always an honour to play for coach Manu Garba. He is a man I love so much,” he concluded.
Italians Udinese beat the likes of Chelsea, Barcelona and Lille to the signature of Isaac Success.
