Juwon Oshaniwa Earmarked For Central Defense Role

Nigeria international Juwon Oshaniwa has been earmarked for a role in central defense by MS Ashdod manager, Nir Klinger.
According to Israeli website, one.co.il, based on the team’s training sessions in the last few days, manager Nir Klinger will start with a three man central defense this weekend, with Oshaniwa expected to get one of the slots ahead of Amir Ben Shimon.
Primarily a left back, the Super Eagle has missed the last two games played by Ashdod in the championship after international duty with the Nigeria selection.
So far this season, the 23 - year - old has suited up 20 times for the Dolphins in the Premier League and has been yellow carded 3 times.
MS Ashdod entertain Ironi Ramat Hasharon on Saturday at the Yud-Alef Stadium in their first match of the relegation round.
