And that means the 56 - year - old , a good pal of Nigeria international Bartholomew Ogbeche, will quit his job as trainer of SC Cambuur in June.
There is an interesting story behind Ogbeche’s move to SC Cambuur in the January transfer window.
Then a free agent , the former Al Jazira ace had called his friend Dwight Lodeweges, the former assistant coach of the United Arab Emirates club the Nigerian represented, for advice on his next career move.
But it turned out that SC Cambuur were in the market for offensive reinforcements and as they say the rest is history.
Bartholomew Ogbeche, who is in the possession of a French passport, has recorded 5 Eredivisie appearances for Cambuur.
