Sylvester Igboun Wants To Beat Personal Record
Published: April 02, 2014
The 23 - year - old’s personal record in a single season is 8 he has netted in the 2011 - 2012 and 2012 - 2013 campaign.
Thus, if he finds the back of the net two more times in the remaining 9 matches, he would have set a personal landmark.
“It was a long time since I had scored, and it was my first goal in the spring, so it was very nice. Now I just hope it can continue so I can help the team that way too.
“I’m going to reach my personal best, but I also know that I have to work hard for it. Now it has been eight and eight in the last two seasons, so I hope for ten this season.
“I will be very, very happy. But the main thing is that the team wins, and I must stay focused on it. After the last match, I rejoiced that it will hopefully also become my most scoring season,” Igboun said to bold.dk.
Table toppers FC Midtjylland are home to Aalborg this coming Sunday in the 25th round.
