Panathinaikos Go For Soon - To - Be - Free- Agent Ugo Ukah
Published: April 08, 2014
Greece Super League side Panathinaikos have set the wheels in motion in their bid to sign one - cap Nigeria international Ugo Ukah, 30.
As reported by celebrated Greek website, sport24.gr, Technical Director of Panathinaikos Nick Dabizas traveled to Poland just over a week ago to run the rule over the central defender.
And his performance on that day against Górnik Zabrze ticked the right boxes. In fact, the Nigerian is amongst the three players that Panathinaikos want to bolster the squad with in the summer transfer market.
It is common knowledge that the Greens have cash flow problems, and would get the 30 - year - old defender for nothing if the transfer materializes.
Ugo Ukah , who has spent the last 7 years in Poland, would love a new adventure next season possibly outside Eastern Europe.
