Exclusive : Solomon Kwambe To Join Foreign Club This Summer
Published: April 10, 2014
According to leaks gathered by allnigeriasoccer.com’s editorial staff, Sunshine Stars defender Solomon Kwambe will leave the Glo Premier League in the summer for a club overseas.
Remember that the 20 - year - old tested with Vancouver Whitecaps in February but failed to agree financial terms with the MLS campaigners.
Leading up to the reopening of the summer transfer market, the agent of the Nigeria international is mulling over some offers from some foreign teams and he has assured the right back that he will sign for a new team before the start of the 2014 World Cup.
And this will bring succor to Solomon Kwambe, who rejected the peanuts offered by Vancouver Whitecaps.
Because of the salary cap in Major League Soccer, the Canadian team had offered the Super Eagle around the same amount he was earning at Sunshine Stars.
