Scouts From Germany, Italy To Run The Rule Over Abdul Ajagun
Published: April 11, 2014
As reported by Sport Day Greece, scouts representing several foreign teams especially from Germany and Italy will be in the stands to witness the Cup clash between Panathinaikos and OFI next week.
Panathinaikos, featuring the Nigeria youth international Abdul Ajagun, had lost the first leg semi - final tie 1 - 0 to OFI Heraklion on March 19.
Apart from a possible confrontation with bitter rivals Olympiakos in the final and the prospect of a Europa League ticket, Panathinaikos will be motivated to see off their opponents to attract the scouts from far and near.
If everything goes according to script, Abdul Ajagun would be named in the starting lineup when both teams cross paths on April 16.
