Alhassan Ibrahim Hopes To Strike Terms With Kalmar After AYC Double Header
Published: April 22, 2014
Adam Mohammed, the agent of Nigeria Under 20 standout player Alhassan Ibrahim, has told this portal that his client will leave for Sweden after the Flying Eagles double header in the African Youth Championship qualifiers.
The 17 - year - old supporting striker cum attacking midfielder impressed the leadership of Kalmar during tests held last November, and is expected to journey to Scandinavia in the coming weeks to strike terms with the club.
“He has not yet signed for Kalmar. It’s not only Kalmar that need him, Nigeria also wants him for the AYC qualifiers.
“It is a confirmed deal but he has to go there and negotiate salary and other conditions when he is released by the Flying Eagles handlers,” Adam Mohammed told only allnigeriasoccer.com.
The former Golden Eaglet was linked with a transfer to another Swedish club Angelholm FF but nothing came out of it.
