Emmanuel Emenike Wins First League Title In Europe
Published: April 28, 2014Fenerbahce drew 0 - 0 with Rizespor on Sunday evening in the 31st round of games in the Championship to clinch their 19th title since the formation of the club.
The game which was held at Å�ükrü SaracoÄ�lu Stadyumu featured two Nigeria National Teamers - Emmanuel Emenike and Godfrey Oboabona - from the start.
Once again, Emmanuel Emenike, who has bagged 12 goals this season, could not find his way past the Rizespor defense led by Oboabona before he was substituted by manager Yanal in the 64th minute.
Three rounds to the end of the season, the Yellow Canaries have a 12 - point advantage over Istanbul rivals Galatasaray.
This is the first time Emmanuel Emenike will be winning a League title with his club since he moved to Europe 5 years ago.
