AZAL In Talks With Victor Igbekoyi Over Contract Extension

According to the official website of AZAL, the leadership of the club has started negotiations with Nigerian forward Victor Igbekoyi regarding a new deal.
The contract of the 27 - year - old expires this summer and AZAL want to tie him down by offering him fresh terms.
For the past five seasons, Victor Igbekoyi has been on the payroll of the Pilots , and during that time, he netted 21 goals in 133 Premier League appearances.
In the just concluded season, he was the second top scorer at the capital side, two goals short of Nigerian midfielder William John.
AZAL narrowly escaped the drop in the 2013 - 2014 campaign, and are close to severing ties with at least 9 players.
