Published: June 01, 2014
As reported by the Daily Mirror, Chelsea have turned down a request by Inter Milan to temporarily acquire Super Eagles star John Obi Mikel.
It is assumed the Londoners will agree to do business with the Italians if they meet the midfielder’s valuation, which has been fixed at 11 million Euros.
Inter Milan are trying to push through the deal as that price could even rise if their target performs well for the Nigeria National Team at the World Cup.
The likes of Galatasaray plus clubs in Spain and Germany are believed to be monitoring the transfer situation of Mikel.
The 27 - year - old has spent the last 8 years in England, and during that time has featured in over 200 games in the Premier League.
