Vincent Enyeama : We Have To Send Messi To Another Planet
Published: June 22, 2014
Most of the pre - match talk so far has centered around how the Nigeria team will stop Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi.
“To beat them we have to send Leo Messi to another planet. The game will be difficult, but we have five days to prepare,” says Nigeria deputy skipper Vincent Enyeama.
A draw against Argentina would be enough for Nigeria to qualify for the second round for the third time in five attempts.
But should Iran defeat Bosnia 1 - 0 and Nigeria lose to the South Americans by the same scoreline, both teams will have the same number of points and goal difference.
The Fifa Organizing Committee will settle the matter of which country qualifies by drawing of lots.
