Ahmed Musa Hoping He Has SILENCED Critics
Published: June 26, 2014
CSKA Moscow attacker Ahmed Musa is hoping his pair of goals on Wednesday afternoon against Argentina will silence his critics once and for all.
The 21 - year - old registered his name on the score-sheet in the 4th and 47th minute, and could have walked away with the match ball and restored parity for the Eagles if not for the intervention of an Argentinian defender in the second half.
“I will not talk much (about it). I think it silenced all that criticize me, it is not very easy.
“They could see Musa today. This is what I have to say,” Ahmed Musa said at a press conference on Tuesday afternoon.
Stephen Keshi broke protocol by insisting that the former Kano Pillars ace followed him to the press conference, which is usually reserved for players selected as Man of the Match.
Ahmed Musa has notched up 7 goals for the Super Eagles since he made his international debut, and joins Kalu Uche and Daniel Amokachi as the top scorer for Nigeria at the World Cup.
