Ahmed Musa Pledges Loyalty To CSKA Moscow

Nigeria international Ahmed Musa has pledged his loyalty to CSKA Moscow, saying he has no plans whatsoever to depart the capital team in the ongoing summer transfer market.
Rumours had abounded that the striker cum winger was on the wish list of clubs in England led by Liverpool and Manchester City, but both teams have not backed their interest by contacting CSKA Moscow directly.
“Well, no such proposals have been received. So we’ll see what happens. I feel very comfortable at CSKA Moscow, so do not even think about it,” Ahmed Musa said to sport - express.ru.
Speaking about his expectations for the upcoming season, the former Kano Pillars ace said : “The third championship? (Laughs.) Why not. I do not think it’s impossible.”
“We proved last season that we are always ready to fight. We did a tremendous job, deservedly winning the championship.
“Let’s work this season as hard, and I think everything will turn out well. ”
Ahmed Musa resumed pre - season training at the Army Men last week, and has already started taking part in the tuneup matches ahead of the resumption of the Premier League.
