Published: July 22, 2014
Former Flying Eagles attacking midfielder Michael Olaitan has been inactive for Olympiakos since that unfortunate incident in a Super League clash against Panathinaikos last March.
But from all indications, the Nigerian has been given the all clear by medics in his battle to resume full training with the Reds.
And Michael Olaitan confirmed as much on social media, praising the Almighty for making it possible to start practice.
“The impossible becomes possible when God is in control. Back on feet, ” said the offensive all - rounder.
Olympiakos will make a final decision on whether or not to include Olaitan in the squad list for the upcoming campaign on or before the middle of next month.
He notched up 6 goals in 6 Super League games prior to the tie with the Greens, where he collapsed on the pitch.
