Official : Marco Tagbajumi Makes Under - The - Radar Transfer To AEL Limassol

Marco Tagbajumi, who was reportedly on the wishlist of unnamed teams in Germany and Asia, completed an under - the - radar transfer to AEL Limassol on Thursday, by signing a three - year deal.
The Italian - Nigerian became a household name in the Cypriot First Division after emerging as the top goalscorer last term, while defending the colors of Ermis.
“Joining AEL Limassol is a great opportunity for me to take the next step in my career. We have great players in this team, and it is also one of the top clubs in Cyprus.
“We will play Zenit in the Champions League qualification and I am very positive we will do well.

If he did not shred his agreement with Ermis, his contract would have expired at the end of the 2014 - 2015 season.
