Lukman Haruna Undergoes Surgery In Monaco
Published: August 08, 2014
Nigeria international Lukman Haruna has undergone meniscus surgery at a hospital in Monaco, his base prior to his switch to Dynamo Kiev in the summer of 2011.
For that reason, the central midfielder did not feature in the Kievites 2 - 1 away win over Metalist last weekend.
If Haruna does not suffer any relapse during his rehabilitation, he will start full training probably in the next five weeks.
For most part of last season, he struggled with the same injury, which saw him make only 9 starts in the Ukrainian Premier League.
He is certain to miss matches against Olimpik Donetsk, Illichivets and Chornomorets.
