The Rivers Angels star was an unused substitute back in 2010 when Nigeria lost to the two - time champions.
“It’s going to be a different story this time.In 2010 they were playing at home, with all their fans behind them, but that won’t be the case here.
“This final against Germany is also coming at a good time for me, because I’ve got a lot more experience now,” Sunday told fifa.com.
She added : “I was the youngest player in the team but I had two friends with me and they helped me a lot during the competition,” she explained. “They kept encouraging me the whole time.”
The 19 - year - old has participated in every single game contested by Nigeria at the ongloing tournament, but is still searching for her first goal, which she hopes to score in the final.
