Published: August 25, 2014
Brønshøj attacker Oke Akpoveta is determined to break into the first
team of the Danish First Division club after his recent spell on the
sidelines.
As a result of injury, the 22 - year - old could only debut for Brønshøj in the championship last weekend in their 1 - 0 home loss to Vendsyssel , one month after putting pen to paper on a one - and a - half - year contract.
“I just came back from injury, I played the last 25 minutes last weekend, so I just need to train hard so I can break into the team fully.
“I had arthroscopic surgery on my knee three years ago. The doctor told me that after three years if I feel any pain in the knee, then we will take out the scroll.
“But I am now ready again to do my best for Brønshøj,” says Oke Akpoveta to allnigeriasoccer.com.
He made 20 appearances for Superliga side Brondby before he transferred to Revan, Azerbaijan in the January transfer window.
