Santos On The Verge Of Announcing Capture Of Solomon Okpako

South African First Division club Santos are on the brink of announcing the capture of ex Nigeria youth international Solomon Okpako on a 1+ 1 year contract, according to reports.
The 24 - year - old is currently a Bosman player after his contract was not renewed by Premier Soccer League newcomers Chippa United in the close season.
The defensive midfielder has played non stop in South Africa for the past three years, first representing Mamelodi Sundowns before moving to Port Elizabeth to team up with the Chilli Boys.
Solomom Okpako had a short stint with Panionios back in the 2010 - 2011 campaign, making 3 appearances for the team in the Greece Super League.
He has also turned out for Nigeria Premier League champions Kano Pillars as well as Bendel United.
