Published: September 05, 2014
A Sevilla insider has informed allnigeriasoccer.com that Flying Eagles stopper Aliyu Abubakar has started trials at the Andalusian outfit, with the hope of earning a contract at the end of the exercise.
The 18 - year - old recently trained with Anderlecht, but nothing came out of it, the same scenario that occurred after he practiced with unnamed clubs in Sweden and Ukraine.
Unconfirmed reports suggest that Aliyu Abubakar would be loaned by Sevilla from his grassroots team, Muntunchi Football Academy if he impresses the Director of the Reserve Team of the Europa League winners, Pablo Blanco.
