Stefano Okaka Relishing The Prospect Of Facing Mauricio Pinilla
Published: September 27, 2014
Ahead of the confrontation with Genoa in the Serie A on Sunday, Sampdoria’s Italian - Nigerian striker Stefano Okaka is relishing the prospect of facing Mauricio Pinilla, who will lead the frontline for I Rossoblu.
While Stefano Okaka has found the back of the net only on one occasion this season, Chile World Cup star Mauricio Pinilla has hit target 2 times in matches against Lazio and Napoli.
“It is definitely a good challenge, I hope to win it,” says Stefano Okaka to Mediaset.
With 8 points garnered from their first four Serie A matches, undefeated Sampdoria sit 5th on the table while city rivals Genoa are three positions behind with 5 points in the kitty.
Last season, Sampdoria defeated Genoa 1 - 0 away, thanks to a 24th minute strike by Maximiliano Lopez.
